There are some nasty biters in the alottment that are silvery grey and moth like nobody seem to know the species. I managed to catch some and wonder who can identify them, They leave a nasty red dot and painful swelling for weeks. :?

Clegs are my number one nasty biter - silent and painful even through jeans - but I'm not sure I would mistake them for a moth.

Blandford fly looks a bit bee like, not moth like. Interesting Victor, can you try to get a picture?
