Further to my previous postings about Diego, my kleptomaniac cat with a glove fetish (his tally now stands at 6 rubber gloves, 1 pair of gardening gloves and a kitchen sponge - to go with the rubber gloves perhaps?), I've now found that I am not alone

Someone said last time it was a good job he wasn't bringing home someones underwear; is this what I have to come in the future?

Hi Chantal, I can't answer your question.

However as cat owners we tend to assume that they're "ours" and don't get up to much apart from wandering round a few people's gardens. Did you ever read the children's story called Six Dinner Sid?

I thin' there's more going on than meets the eye

You remember those new socks that your OH suddenly 'acquired' a while ago? Maybe he was trying to cover up for your cat's early crimes!

lol your cat sounds fun. We have a dog with a passion for socks my OH has many odd ones now, God knows where the others were buried.
We have a cat with a foot fetish too, he doesn't care where he finds them, accosting feet while owner is on the loo and fresh from the shower, or who they belong to,owner or unsuspectiung stranger, loves a foot tummy rub, thats fine till he gets too passionate about feet and bites or claws.

Our dog has a thing for socks, used ones, naturally. She will bring them to us looking very pleased with herself, maybe growling happily if especially pleased.

So I spend quite a lot of time picking up socks from various parts of the house and garden.

After I have worked a night shift, had breakfast and crawled sleepily up to bed, she gets down the duvet and licks my feet for ten minutes and then curls up to sleep behind my knees. :D Its so comforting and relaxing, like a tiny foot massage 8) so although I thoroughly disapprove of dogs in beds, I let her stay.

  I can dream...

Tim's cricket bag last week (which I found first thing in the morning after a match) contained:

A pair of false boobs
A pair of fairy wings
A stripy (mens' Victorian) swimming costume with false stomach attached
A pair of deely boppers
A red cowboy hat with white fur trim
A bib with the words "don't mess with me, I'm teething"

I'd love to convince myself that Diego had brought that lot home too!
When I saw his bag, I initially thought there was a body stuffed in there!

When I finally (arund lunchtime) plucked up the courage to ask Tim, he said he'd had to wear the whole lot in the pub the previous night. Wiith a pair of goggles and a snorkel!

It appears that his pub cricket team have a "man of the match" and a "dick of the day" and guess which one he was awarded last week

Why is it that Tim and Diego stories always get mixed up?

The full image rather than a close-up of the moth on the left-hand deeley-hopper please.

Oh hell, I realised the image was way too big so aborted the operation, or so I thought. Now I can't delete it!

This was a photo I took of some of the content of the sports bag, to prove to myself, should there be later denials, that I wasn't hallucinating.

I still don't have a photo of Tim in the full kit, sorry...

Oh very funny

When I saw them sticking out of a sports bag at 6am you can see why I thought there was a body in there!

Men, eh?
