Grafted Plants

Hi All
As I had a little scratch card win I bought some of the grafted melons,
peppers and cucumbers out this year. Trying to be a bit scientific I also
grew from seed. The update is that melons and cucumbers have gone
mad but nothing too spectacular from the peppers. They are in grow
bags turned upwards and are fed liquid feed alternative waterings.
The melon is up the cane and out the vent which will provide some
welcome shade to the greenhouse. They have loads of fruit set but
not sure how many to leave on - will gamble when they are a little
bigger. Anyway so far so good and maybe worth it, especially if I get
some nice juicey melons - something that has always eluded me.
Will keep you updated and post a piccy when I can, (new puppy so
card constantly full).
