White alpine type strawberry, strong stout plants, shy cropper , profuse runners, an nice little oddity with mushroom shaped white fruits, named ABRICOT,if my french translation is correct change the b for a p, giving apricot which the fruits actually taste and smell of, even flesh has the same type texture as a ripe apricot

Interesting, is it self fertile or does it need a pollinator ? I got caught like that last year bought one called pandora and found out later unlike most strawberries it was not self fertile, having difficulty finding another that flowers at the same time, it has produced fruit this year, I now have three or four other varieties !

pretty sure self fertile but i have about 100+ varieties of strawberries over a few hundred feet, so i dont have much problem with getting fruit except on my fragaria chiloensis (chilean beach strawberry)

pandora im pretty sure is male pollen deficient? and needs to be grown ideally with a later fruiting sort im sure SOPHIE, and FLORENCE, may help

i cant remember the ratios, 3 pandora to 1 sophie/florance 3.1 ratio i think but dont qoute me on that,

theres a few strawberry species that flower well but wont fruit,
