We've re-christened our almost resident Reed Bunting since it discovered the fat balls.

Being a sort of "nature woman" in our village, I often get queries from people about birds, butterflies etc. Recently somebody phoned and said, "We have a bird in the garden we have never seen before. It looks like a sparrow whose head has been dipped in tar". Well, you will know what that was - see above!
