There has been a couple of posts about this, but some avatars were lost during the site move. I don't know why - and have been unable to recover them (sorry to those effected :/ ).
I did backup the avatars folder before hand =- just in case, but the site move DID correctly copy this folder across, so it must be another fault.
Long and short of it, you will need to re-upload your avatar, or remove the lost image from your profile and have none.
Apologies again for this.

I'm sure who ever has got it, will soon send it back when they realize what comes with it.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

How did they get that picture of me and Elle.
Still don't understand if it was the change over that caused the problem, why my Avatar has only gone today.
If my new Avatar goes, i'm changing forums.

OH, yours had been missing from the moment of the change-over, it was the first missing one I noticed.
How is the old boy at Milton Bryan Opticians?

Just to add confusion to the confusion, I can see, and have seen throughtout this whole debate, all the avatars, all the photos (or I am at least not aware of any missing ones) and am using Firefox

Remember each different browser is different code written by a different firm and also works in subtly different ways.
I reckon that if Chantal deletes her browsing history she'll suffer the same problem.
