Just opened a virtual box and I'm putting in
carrot fly,
leek moth ,
blight,
aches and pains,
slugs and snails,
if you'd care to add to it when it's full I'm leaving it in 2009

Badgers.
Sorry Sally I do sympathise but I think I would rather have the 2 legged variety any day.
The constant fouling and destruction these 4 legged ones do in my opinion is far worse.

Beryl.

Not sure there is much of 2009 I will miss.

I will put in the %^&* creeoing buttercup and a few more slugs! I rather hope the cold weather will work in our favour with the slugs in 2010.

Pernicious perennial weeds, in old established herbaceous flower borders that customers are not brave enough to start a fresh with.

I'd like to add white fly to the list along with several unpleasant people on our allotment site and our council allotments people.

The expressions ;-

"It does what it says on the tin"
"It ticks all the boxes"
"Simple as"
"End of"
"24/7
"At the end of the day"

...purely because each one of them irritates me.....and I made the fatal mistake  of saying so to my husband and son...who have made every effort to include as many of the above ,as possible, into every conversation, ever since!!   >sigh< (will I ever learn???)

Garden wise, I would like to add Red Spider mite (though I didnt have any in 2009) Vine weevils and white fly.
Cheers!

Oh yes..I would like to add to the virtual box and ensure it is fastened up really tightly, my neighbours two Alsatian dogs, who bark constantly for hours when left out in the garden, when said neighbours go out.

On second thoughts, I'll put the neighbours themselves in there too.

Dear Elaine, at the end of the day, it ticks all the boxes.
