There are a few mentions of Vales Emerald on this site, but I wonder if anyone would like to comment more on this potato? With its parentage it sounds as though it should taste very good. And how does it cook?

According to Edwin Tuckers catalogue, Vales Emerald is a First Early,and good for mini-tubers.
