KG parsnip and chestnut stuffing

I have just tried this recipe and would just like to say that it was absolutely lip smacking

will be doing it with christmas dinner this year but cutting back on the brandy by about 75% :shock:

Thanks Dave61, I will look at the recipe again, and perhaps do an early taste test like yourself.
