Hello

Some of my aubergines are becoming green. They start with the right color and go green they are the right size and shape.

Is this a virus? are they still safe to eat?

I've grown aubergines for several years but have never heard of this one. What variety are they? Have you cut one open? What does it look like inside? Any different from normal varieties?

Have just seen this post - a few days ago I noticed one of mine turning from black to green. Haven't harvested it yet, but will probably use it sometime this week. I'll let you know what I find inside
