I would like to grow 3 blueberry bushes in pots. My daughter eats a punnet a day and the local fruit and veg shop is costing me a fortune so another addition to the garden is required.
My choice from my preferred supplier is:
Bluecrop ,Darrow, Earliblue, Northland, Patriot
What would people recommend to save me having to go and buy any more during the season.....but get enough crop so that I can have a small look in!
My daughter just sees the garden as one big picnic site, I just need to keep up to date with planting and pruning to produce that endless supply of choice.
Many thanks

I'm growing Herbert- said to be the best flavour, Tophat and Bluegold. I bought an Earliblue but it never got going and died. The Bluegold is very productive with large juicy fruits over a long period. The Tophat is in a pot and has done well this year, but was a much smaller plant when I got it. The Herbert didn't crop last year - its first year, but has done better this year. They like moist soil, and it might have been a bit too dry where the Herbert is placed. So the Bluegold is by far the best producer and tastes good.
1 of each. Harriet is only 3 and we have raspberries, blackberries, gooseberries, tayberries, currants, boatsberry and boysenberry for her t pick already plus other fruit trees and veg so I din't fancy a blueberry inundation!
I have been doing some research and think I have plumped for:
Bluecrop
Darrow
Earliblue
cheers
