It would be interesting to find out if anyone here is on Facebook. Maybe we could add each other and plan a gardening revolutionary takover of the world

Not sure it has reached our neck of the woods yet.

I dabble in it from time to time, mainly to find out what my nephews and niece are doing, cos they don't look at their emails.
It's mostly populated by people from work, who mostly talk about work.

I prefer Twitter

I put myself on to try to find more contacts for fundraising, but I'm really too busy to bother with it. It seems rather a drag, actually.

Afraid I'm on Facebook and Twitter - very sad.

I am on Facebook (only about 3 weeks now) just for friends - I don't see anyone really in the school holidays as I work from home. School pick up is the highlight of my day!

I am also on Twitter, but only for work. It is an excellent resource for news from Florida which I need for my work.

Hands up... I admit I use both aswell .

I also am on facebook. I was so bored one night when hubby was once again on his playstation 3 (yawn) in the spare room that I joined facebook for someone to talk to.

I have a Facebook account and a Twitter one. To be honest I joined Twitter and immediately got an invitation which wasn't the sort that I was expecting and so immediately 'unjoined'. I've recently reinstated my account on a temporary basis to publicise the epetition but I don't really like it.

Facebook is one that I just sit on and accept amy friends that come along that I know well. I joined a couple of gardening groups but again only to publicise the petition.

I'm going to explore all those others such as Digg Fark Google Newsvine Reddit StumbleUpon Yahoo! Buzz Mixx when I get the chance - just to see if I am missing something really. Are any wiorth putting to the top of my list?

Dear Alan, it seems like a whole other world to me, and probably one that my talents would be wasted on.
