I have started a new topic on healthy living. As there was no 'natural' home for such a topic you will find it on Harvesting Q & A. If there is sufficient support I will get a more appropriate place created. Have a look and see if it is of interest.

There is a very good link today on this Healthy Living topic. I won't spoil it here but it already has an unimaginably varied menu, much of it just up our street such as how to grow various vegetables, recipes, compost making.
