treated carrot seeds

I've been sent a 'complimentary' packet of carrot seeds - but I'm dubious about sowing them; I try to be organic and these are marked 'treated with Iprodione Thiram and Metalaxyl - can anyone enlighten me as to what these are?

Hi MKP

If you google each one you will find they are fungicides. If this worries you don't use the seed.
