Here's one way

I've tried so often and failed. When you crack it Ken, please send me an idiot's guide to follow.

The easiest is to use the box below the first "Submit" button on the Reply or New Topic Screen.

Click "Browse" on the left and find the picture file on your PC.
Double click the file.
Type any comment you wish in the "File Comment" box.

Finally click "Submit".
