Just to let you all know how very proud I am of my dearest scaly friend Grock. She ran the Race for Life in memory of her Aunty Joyce and did it in 41 mins and 39 secs.

I am very very very proud of her. She did so well cos it was such a hot day here to run in.

Well done Grockie :D
Lots of love

Lizzie

What a smashing pair you both are. :)

What a great time and a great cause. Well done - especially in such hot weather.
