Has anyone any tips on how to keep slugs out of celery? 
we grew it for the first time last year and would have been wonderful but for the nasties.We grow it at home where we try not to use chemicals as we have wonderful birds and loads of frogs,we have resorted to these"friendly"slug pellets and use beer traps.Any other tips on celery growing ? thanks Macmac
