Hi every one.
I have not been on forum for a time as i have been so busy getting in front with lottie, as i am going on holiday on Monday for two weeks. I thought i had better let you know that my old mucker OH is going to be head poultry keeper while i am away, i am sure he will do a grand job, as he loves chickens.

Hi Old Codger,
Do you expect to have any chickens left when you return home?
I would have been far happier if you had said the he likes eggs!

I don't want to worry Old Codger, but i don't know a lot about hens, do they prefer to eat hay or silage?

Hi Old Codger,
Nice to see you back on the forum.
Hope you have a great holiday.
We will all watch OH's updates about your chickens as the days go by!
(I bet by the end of the first week he has re-named them all!!)
I bet he gets in a flap about it all!!! (sorry!)

Old Codger, are you unconcerned that Old Herbaceous will indulg in Fowl Play while you are away, or have you already cooked his goose?
I'll get me coat......
