Whats ur ideas...even tried getin intouch with H.F.Whitingstall,2 no avail, ideas would b much appreciated.
Love you lots like Jelly Tots
Why piss about Grockie...think big love. I'd go for chucks, pigs, community veg and gardening shop. A scheme for the kids to get growing, as well as refugees and for people with mental health/or plain health issues. I didn't know you were doing this and you know i'll help with letter writing and stuff.
Come and have a brew and a bacon butty and we'll have a natter.
"i'm always planning some plot, scheming some scheme"

Morning Grockie, i think i would be talking to some of the other city farm managers to get some of the answers that the council are bound to ask.
Bigger the better, that's what i always say.

Mornin' Grockie
Nice to see such enthusiasm so early in the day
Whatever you do, make sure you have a team of supporters you can rely on to carry the project through. And if you are going for livestock you must have people with proper experience. I reckon Hugh F-W has more to occupy his "celebrity" mind than the real world
You might get more information and help from the Federation of City Farms & Community Gardens.
Just as an afterthought, it took me ages to translate your post. Perhaps that's what comes of me not having one of they mobile thingies so not having learnt txt spk
