Potting on Onion seeds?

Hi everyone,
I have sown some Onion seeds in modules, Kelsae and Red baron, I was wondering as they are in individual modules do I need to tranplant into pots at the 'Shepherds crook' stage or let them grow on and plant out from the modules when big enough and weather allows?
