Hi Oldherbaceous

Hope this reaches you, had to reply this way as I appear to be having a few problems. I am new to the forum!

I would like to eventually brew a dry cider. I am also new to gardening in general......so here goes!!

Kind regards and thanks again

Dear Samantha, i think a few people are having problems posting replies tonight, but as you can see i got your reply O.K. :)

It might be a good idea to get in touch with one of the many good fruit tree specialists that are about, most are very knowledgeable and helpful.

But a couple that are quite bitter/dry and late flowering are Stembridge cluster and Dabinette.

I'm sure you will get on fine with gardening as the years pass.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.
