The above link should hopefully go to ecodyfi web based grow you own course. It gives week by week guide on what to do. I think these are the notes on what actually occured last year by a group of learners. I also think that you would need to increase the numbers as the course was just a 'show you how to do it' rather than 'feed the family'.

Anyway, it may help people that are just starting to get a feel of what and when they should be doing things.
