When i was going through a bit of a tough time earlier on in the year, Clive sent me a large packet of Pea seed named Radeo just to cheer me up, which i hasten to add certainly had the desired affect.
Well i had a funny feeling that good things were going to come out of them, and they certainly have.
As you hopefully can see from the two photos they are now up to seven feet and showing no let up in growing.
The peas are the ones behind the first lot of bamboos.
They are also loaded with flower and young peas, so in about a weeks time they will getting the taste test.
To me the peas are going to be known as Young Nicks peas, and will always be a lovely reminder.
I can't thank you enough Clive.
Just one thing Clive, will you be supplying a tall ladder so i can pick the top ones.
..we had been wondering how they were doing..but I had chickened out of enquiring.
