What a grand day!

Just got back from a fortnight's family visiting and found the allotment a jungle! Everything seems to have grown like mad, but I harvested lots of veggies and spent all afternoon cooking and freezing. Hopefully, tomorrow will be just as fine and we can get going with the clearing of all the peas and broad bean plants and digging the site. The forecast for next week seems quite reasonable as well, so we should get a lot done - at last.
