Greenhouse staging

I am so excited - have just bought my first ever greenhouse. It has taken me about 20 years to get round to it but in 8 weeks I will be the proud owner of a 6 x 10 greenhouse with super dooper fancy roof vents and louvres and all that stuff. Does anyone have any advice re staging/shelves/potting bench etc? Also heaters, and I am thinking clockwork radio, stool, thermos, biscuit tin.....getting carried away now!
Would love to know what you have in your greenhouse and what to avoid!

I know I've mentioned this before, but I think B&Q's plastic wallpaper pasting tables make fantastic staging (and no, I don't work for them!). They are large enough to sit either side of the door in my 6x8' greenhouse, waterproof, rotproof, strong, and they fold away when you want to grow your toms, etc. They are also a lot cheaper than conventional staging. When I bought mine three years ago they only cost £24.99 each.

I had a clockwork radio but it only lasted a couple of years and wouldn't charge by any of its methods. When I took early retirement last year I chose a Pure Oasis radio as a leaving present. I don't know what you want to listen to but it is DAB so gets 5Live and 5LiveXtra if you want the sport, the sound is excellent (I don't listen to music only radios 4 and 5, though it has been playing the National Anthem a lot recently), it is rechargeable, showerproof and very robust.

Apropos heater: I don't know if you have mains electricity but if you do I would go for an electric oil-filled tubular heater with a precise thermostat. I have used paraffin heaters in the past (too fiddly and not totally reliable) and an electric fan heater (to expensive to run and rather vicious heat), but the tubular heater is just enough to provide gentle warmth either for the whole greenhouse or, by standing you most tender plants right above it, more local. We only use the heater from about mid-April to the start of June, depending on the weather, and it doesn't make too much difference to the electricity bill each year.
