Interesting article about wrong sized veg and fruit. About time a bit of common sense was used.

Delighted to read this. I'm old enough to remember the days when you could go to your local market and buy curly cucumbers, forked carrots and tomato which occasionally had little "willies" on them! Made them much more exciting to buy instead of all these ethnicly cleaned versions you get in supermarkets these days.
With millions of people starving in Africa, it's absolutely disgraceful that perfectly good food should be thrown away. It's stances like this that have destroyed the credibity of the Common Market.
