Beetroot leaves dying

more problems this time the beetroot. A few of the leaves started to get white marks / discolouration on them but it seems to be getting worse and leaves completely dying.... anyone got any ideas please ... I was so proud of my beetroot

Hi acrylicspud,
I'm not sure but you might have a leaf miner or Mangold fly problem, but if I am wrong I am sure I will be corrected!!
Treatment-pick off and destroy affected leaves. Badly damaged leaves turn brown and growth is retarded.
You can spray with Malathion, but don't know if you are organic or not.
