Do ants have feet?

Are a pest in our garden, and especially in the glasshouse where they nest under the pots.

So why have I become fond of the one under the computer keyboard at work? It had some friends in this morning, but they have disappeared and I suspect foul play by my colleagues...I am concerned for the safety of the remaining one, though it does seem quick on its feet. Do ants have feet?

Well OH, it seems like a perfectly rational question to me.

But I am the wrong side of 45, so you could be right.

Anyway, do they or not?

That will be why they are so noisy then.
Anyway OH, you will be relieved to hear that there are currently two ants happily running around the keyboard.

Careful; ants have chemical weapons in their feet.

Thanks Alan, so ants DO have feet. And its reassuring to know that my keyboard will have sedated aphids. I now have three ants.
