Looking rather sorry for itself. Can anyone help? Had a suggestion that it is capsid bug, but I'm not too sure..

Dear Penny, have you had a close look for Aphids, especially under the leaves and in the growing tip.

Yes but can't see anything. There were a couple of mid sized looking flies maybe it is capsids after all?
