I have just had a trailerload of semi rotted manure delivered which i am itching to use! I believe i shouldn't use this for potatoes - and i do intend to be patient and let most of it rot further. Is there anything that would benefit from it this season though? Any advice much appreciated. Thank you!

I've put this type of manure on my spuds and they were fine. Chuck it on your beds and you won't have a problem.

Don't use it for carrots, brassicas or parsnips. They don't like it.

Anything else will love it. There's time yet for it to rot down.

If it had been dumped on a sheet of polythene then every time it rained you would have manure water (organic 'tea')to use
