I wondered why i am late for dinner the church clock has just struck 2 o clock and the time is 4 o clock, Mr perfect has made a cock up, never mind i will take him a stronger elastic band,as the old one must have stretched.

Gosh he had a fair bit to say for himself.
I just wonder if modern poets still see as much beauty in the countryside, as a lot of the older poets used to?

The clock I now wind has seen some past dismantling...not quite as easily as shown above I suspect....it started life at Hook Place..Southampton?? area...and found its way to E. Lincolnshire and sat on top of 1735 entrance block in 1917.
Plenty of names scribed into woodwork in tower...have not see OldH' name there though.....can't have got this far on "World wind up tour"
