I got given some Antirrhinum (snapdragon seedlings) at a gardening show a few years ago and surprise they have germinated, I think I have bout 200 seedlings, a lot to prick out invididually, so I have put clumps of half a dozen seedlings in four - five inch pots, does this sound ok?

Morning Compo, i think the worst you will get is slightly smaller plants and flowers, where they are competing with each other.
Kind Regards, Old Herbaceous.

I often get self sown antirrhinum seedlings popping up in my borders very close together and if they're not doing any harm I leave them there rather than transplanting them. Most of them seem to survive - they seem to be quite hardy plants, but as OH says, you'll probably get smaller plants and less flowers than normal.

They ought to do okay in groups. On the other hand, you can just prick out the few you need and discard the rest. If they're a bit small and fiddly to prick out right now, let them develop a bit more.

I was just trying to save time, and compost and pots!! I have done half of them, I can separate them out more when I put them in their final destination
