Seedling, Tigger, Lyndon and I have spent today at the Real Food Festival at Earls Court and it was brilliant, well worth a visit if you can find the time.

Lots of nibbles so you can graze your way round the show, one of my favorites was Oloves, http://lwww.olovelife.com/ (click on products) I managed to eat a whole bag in 10 minutes. I'm a big olive fan anyway, but they seem like a really neat idea.

glad too hear you all had a good time today, did think of you whilst at work, wishing I could of been somewhere else!!!

And there was me thinking you had gone to London to have tea with the Queen.

I had tea with Seedling, Tigger and Lyndon which was BETTER than tea with the Queen, thank you OH.

The show was very good -lots of lovely products which were great quality.
