peach leaf curl

My three-year-old fan-trained Peregrine peach tree has succumbed to peach leaf curl this year for the first time (the first winter I didn't cover it with polythene, that'll teach me...). I did spray it with Bordeaux mixture a couple of times before bud burst, but it obviously didn't do the job.
Anyway, now I've got it, is there anything I can do to stop it from ruining this year's crop? Should I be taking off the infected leaves now?
