No Shell

Can anyone help, One of my Hens is laying eggs without any shell

It sounds like calcium deficiency to me Kevin, try to get her to eat some crushed shells (should be in with the grits).
I had a chick who occasionally went through a spate of soft or shell free eggs but an increased in calcium soon sorted her out.
