Hello all, at last we have some more settled weather forecast for the week ahead which hopefuly will enable us to catch up on days missed due to the heavy rain and strong winds that many of us have experienced of late, I have posted my latest update from my allotments which I hope you will enjoy, regards Steve.

Thanks Steve, I really enjoy reading these. It's reassuring to see your shallots and garlic looking good. Mine went in in the middle of March, and nothing is growing yet. I was getting worried, but now have a bit more hope. I've been reading peoples messages moaning about the state of gardeners world on another forum. Shame the BBC doesn't ask you to do a regular programme - I would certainly watch!
Hope you have a good gardening week.

Hello Steve, I don't know how we all manage to squeeze all the little seedlings into the greenhouse at this time of year, but I always seem to manage somehow! I do have a lovely big coldframe, but therein live slugs and snails and weirdy beasties! So things that go in sometimes do not come out again!

Thanks Sarah and Retropants for your replies, yes we do always seem to find the room don't we for all those plants it just looks a bit daunting when your in the greenhouses with that tray of seedlings that need pricking out. I hope that I can get a sponsor for my website or some advertisers for me to continue it, regards Steve.
