A few weeks back Monty Don promised us that we would be visiting Joe Swift's project, an allotment somewhere in London I think?.....Have I missed it or are we only going to view the planting and harvesting bit, or did I in fact dream up the whole thing....One would have thought we might have seen the allotment being cleared, the shed being repaired etc? Unless I have missed the episode with the allotment spot in it?

I think the odd selection of programmes we have had so far are some sort of preamble to the series proper which I think starts this week with the first of the one hour slots.

Not watched it yet, sky+ it I have been watching Carol Klein on Grown your own which I have really enjoyed. I must say that I think that the last two series of GW have not been as good as a few years back. I never missed an episode but now I can take it or leave it. I dont think for one minute that he does very much work in the garden I think it is done in little photo opportunities and the minions behind the scenes set everything up for him. Sorry had a bad day. Will try to be nicer tomorrow.... :(
