GLUTTONY - an idea.

I'm sure that between us, the contributors to this forum could produce a cook-book that would be brilliant in the event of a glut any any fruit or vegetable. 'Gluttony' is my idea for the title.
Come on KG - publishing is your business, we could do this! That courgette book seems to sell well, you could do one for a whole range of items that tend to glut a bit. A runner bean chapter for instance! There are probably enough recipes on here already to make a start
