The crops that I will try as both standard and Biodynamic are:
Potatoes - International Kidney
Pea - Dorian
Pea - Jaguar
Carrot - Yellowstone
Chard - Multi-coloured
Leek - Bleu de Solaise
All these crops will have equal quantities planted as according to the seed pack and as according to the Biodynamic handbook. I hope that there will be a significant differance in both quality and quantity of the biodynamic crops.
