Not sure where to put this question - but here goes.

I had blight on the tomatoes in the greenhouse last year, can anyone tell me the procedure for cleaning/fumigating to ensure there aren't any spores left to drop onto the new seedlings/plants.

Won't the spores be in the soil, David? I know a lot of people dig out their greenhouse soil and replace it with proprietary or self-raised compost. I've managed to generate enough compost at home this year to spread it on all the greenhouse beds, but I've been too lazy to dig out the old soil, which fortunately sems to have little wrong with it at the moment.

I was thinking the spores that will have gotten into the air from the movement of the dead plants may have stuck to the framework?

I'm very happy if you are right.

I use collapsible plastic crates with a card liner and fill them with grow bag compost. All the compost is long gone so if I just wash the crates and hose down the greenhouse maybe that will be it.
