Hello Beryl

Yes, errrrr! sorry I've just realised that and tried to get rid of my posting but I am too late.

Still, believe me, the pictures are great they show a Ferguson tractor with a winch at the top of a steep south facing field, winching a old horse plough up to turn over the ground.

Hi Barney,

Yes, I believe they are all grown on the hill-side.
Quite an achievement. I don't suppose the average consumer knows what goes into producing one of the finest early spuds.
