"Experimental" whaling

A friend has just sent me this link, which I thought I would share, for anybody who wants to sign the international petition to try and halt "experimental" whaling.

If anybody doubted the power of e-mail and the internet one has only to look at the location of the signatories to see how quickly messages can be spread in this technological age.

I cry at fought of whats happening to whales, Ive personally swam with blue and hump, Dare I say it a gene should be produced to make these gentle giants dangerous like great whites, The difference being is that the whales only would defend themselves unlike great whites that have a natural instinct to attack anything that moves in an injured manner. Blues are thought to be the most intelligent creatures on the planet and a therory also exists that they pass there memories from adult to young. If true by killing one whale you could kill a thousand lifetimes of intense memories for this I cry! Man is nothing but a brute and a savage!
