Dear Chantal, i know you are going to think of me as an old softie, but that is the loveliest thing i've seen for a long while, and i can't thankyou enough.
It's really set me up for a pleasant Christmas.
I just knew Father Christmas was still true.

or Airfix?

Hello Geoff,
I think the Airfix may be dependant on the boat arriving from a distant shore with stock for Christmas..but it is good that the institution of the plastic kit has been rescued once more and lives on..
Thinking back....I never really forgave Father Christmas for having the first go with my Revell Raceway (pseudo Scalextric)..
Do you know he had the cheek to unpack it and set it up and have a race with it whilst I was fast asleep.!!
...to be fair though he did do an excellent job of fitting the 13amp plug and making up an interesting figure of eight circuit with bridge piers and railings

While we are on the subject of Father Christmas, do you know what i heard someone say once.
If you stay awake when Father Christmas brings your presents, instead of leaving straight away up the chimney, he jumps into bed with your Mum.
But i know that can't be true, as we all well know he won't bring you presents if you stay awake.
