Change of email address

How can I change my forum email address to my new ISP? When I first subscribed to my new ISP I tried to change my forum address unsuccessfully, as the website kept informing me that my (then) username was already registered; (to me!!). When I subsequently tried to re-register under a different username I received the message that my new email address was already in use, presumably from my abortive attempt to change the address previously. I eventually managed to register using my old email address and a new username. I want to ditch my old ISP totally, but cannot get the profile page to accept my new address; it just keeps telling me the address is already in use. Please, please help; my previous email requests on this have gone unanswered.

I'm sorry I haven't seen any email requests - can you clarify what email address you used?
