not this website.. no, I was wondering do any of you allotmenteers have your own websites? We want to do one but are worried about the costs. Is there a directory you can join? does that make it cheaper? We reckon only about half our members have access to the internet so we don't want to go overboard.
I have my own web site all about my allotment. It doesn't cost me anything my ISP provides the free space and free web address.
There are lots of web sites out there and blogs on allotments and most of us are only to happy to add links. It is a fantastic way of finding out what is going on across the country/world.
There are the gardening rings you can join too and they are free. You will soon get known.
Have a go - it is great fun.
