I don't suppose I'm going to get a great response to this, but maybe some Forum members can spread the word by alternative means.
It transpires that Walsall Council has many unallocated allotments. I've been able to get a couple for my mental health services, but I'm told that there are many more unloved ones.
If you know of any people in this MBC who could be encouraged to take up an allotment, especially if you have particular needs, maybe you would like to do so via me.
