Has anyone ever made there own cheese, hard cheese not soft, Is it easy or to much trouble, all advice would be gratefully accepted.

how are you doing with cheese making,i am looking to make my own this year do you have your own milk supply or buy it from a farm or shop. any tips you have will be gratefully recieved.
