Help. Why do my swede seed finish up looking like the size of carrots ,showing some two-three inches above ground. but only 1-1/2" : across, it has been suggested that I thin them to late. any ideas welcome. Shallot Man

Helen and I have just done something on swedes in the section 'Best Practices' which might help - its about 8 lines down now. Tell us a bit more about how you grow them and when you sow.
