Can't identify that mould? Got a great tip for keeping slugs at bay? Suggestions for organic weed control? Post them here...

I have a superspray hose end sprayer which I bought mail order from ??? Superspray!!! which I use for spraying seaweed fert. as a foliar feed on the old veg patch (and lawn) and just revceived an email from the makers saying that its just been approved as a sprayer to apply Nemaslug. This is a "biological slug control that comprises of microscopic Nematode worms which are parasitic to slugs." They live in the soil naturally but Nemaslug just increases the population. Apparentley, over 90% of damage done to crops through slugs are done by ones that live beneath soil and come out at night. These nematodes burrow inside the slug and have a feed! Ugg, You just live and learn! Anyone used Nemaslug? I notice its available in the Organic Gardening catalogue.

Yes - as I said on another thread - I`ve used them on my potato beds, two applications six weeks apart.
Big success! No slug damage at all! :D
