I've harvested most of my first-time Mouli crop, many of which are massive but have forked roots because of our stoney soil. They are delicious lightly cooked but does anybody have some really interesting things to do with them?
And if I sow more seeds now, will I be able to get a second crop?

My daughter has made some amazing Indian pickles using Mouli (and cauliflower).

If you're interested, I can get you the recipe.

Hi Primrose,

my daughter's email isn't working at the moment, but I've left you one over in the Reader's recipes section.
